Work life:  Hitherto his appointment as the General Manager of Akatakyiman Rural Bank Ltd he worked with Drummonds Mortgages Plc (United Kingdom) as a Mortgage and General Insurance Advisor, Afram Rural Bank Ltd (Senior Operations Manager) and Brakwa Breman Rural Bank Ltd (Deputy General Manager).

Educational Background:  He holds MBA awarded by University of Sunderland, BA in Banking, Economics and Law; awarded by London Metropolitan University, Bachelor of Education awarded by UCEW. Professional Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), Certificate in General Insurance (CeRGI), Diploma in Insurance (CII, UK).
Asante Frempong is married and the almighty God has blessed him with two children.
